Our Joy:

Live a Life of Generosity

At our church, we believe life is a long-term mission trip, and every day is a short-term mission opportunity. God's word makes it clear that it's our job to share the love of Christ with people we see every day, whether we're in our local community, or halfway across the world. This mission not only impacts those we serve, but it is a pathway to spiritual transformation in our own lives.

There are so many ways to serve Christ through IFBC, as well as getting involved in global efforts to spread the Gospel of Christ. Whether you feel called to Inman or another continent, we want to empower you to do the work God has called you to.

Get involved today!

Serving Locally at IFBC

As a community we value and encourage everyone to discover the joy and the reward of helping others through service. We’d love to invite you to join us as we seek to extend a loving hand to everyone in and around our neighborhood. If you'd like to get involved, please contact us today!

Here are some ways to serve locally:

Back Pack Ministry - Provides food to the children in our local schools who are in need. So many kids only receive breakfast and lunch while at school. The Back Pack Ministry helps provide a meal over the weekend.

Corner of Hope - A furniture bank that gives an opportunity for families in need reestablish there home with household items.

If you would like to donate please contact the Church Office.

Food Pantry - Serving the Inman & Campobello area by providing food and assisting with helping pay a power or water bill.

Children's Ministries - Sunday School, Children's Church, Nursery, i-Kids & i-Praise. Contact Gina Lowery.

Youth Volunteers-Cooking and Serving - Our Youth meet on Wednesday nights and a meal is provided. If you would like to volunteer by preparing and serving a meal so the families of our youth can participate please contact Brian Mitchell.

Events Team - Preparing and serving church-wide dinners.

Serving Our Community by VOLUNTEERING

Back Pack Ministry

We need volunteers to fill bags of food to be placed discreetly into the backpacks of kids at school who are at risk of hunger.

Corner of Hope

We need volunteers to collect donated items to stock the furniture bank and to assist families needing a hand up during an unexpected need to furnish a home.

Food Pantry

We are blessed with two food pantries. One is run by our Benevolence Team, and one by the youth ministry (Common Grounds).
